Got some scale bilstein 5125 shocks today. Got a good deal on them so I guess I won't be running kings in the rear. More parts on order just waiting now.

New tires and wheel ordered, they'll be here next week! Oh I'm getting excited to do a little wheelin. Next on the list is to finish the front and rear bumper and a little paint. Also need to finish the rear tail lights.

My tire and wheel combo 1.7 steel wheels and 1.7 iroks. By scale standards it would be a 41x15r17 tire in real life. My Toyota had 37/14r15's but this is as close as I could get.

Thank you sir I'm excited to get this done and driving. I ordered interior for it today so it won't look so empty.

Drove it for less than ten minutes, took out the passenger headlight, part of the grille and a front spring. This little thing is badass! Lol

I ordered parts tonight to link the rear of the truck. I know my 1:1 wasn't linked but this will allow me a little more flex and stability plus I need new springs and they cost just as much as the stuff to do links so might as well upgrade. I also ordered new front springs, I'll cut down and re use my rear spring as an overload on the fronts, hopefully I won't bend them.

Well, Midge, it is good to see someone so "into" what they do. Inspiring to say the least. It is one of the reasons following your RC build threads is so much fun ... enthusiasm bubbling over.

I hope the transfer goes well or you're gonna look kinda funny with your knees tucked up to your chin and a remote box.

Pics are the same I have changed anything yet. I've hit a whole ton of spare parts and tools that will go with this when it sells. A few sets of tires and wheels among other things. Just a rough guess it's probably $1000 deal for $500. My charger alone was $100

That'll be my winter project next year. But I've already got a pretty good idea on parts I need to start getting.
