I'd say the red dot cars were about the same size as mine if i had 42" red labels, but with 4 wheel steering and an extra 100k thrown at them.  Sure big compared to a moon car. or a 48" wide promod.  But they are beefy as hell.  I think i remember hearing 84" outside of tires.

They are built for Utah/south west style wheeling. Long wheel base, low slung, wide track, lots of steering. Stuff that makes a difference wheeling Moab, sand hollow.

Hmmmm.......... Coming from the guy who bought Kevin Sacalas old rig, then stretched it out to 116. LOL!!  I would be curious to find out exactly what their dimensions are.

Hahahah!!! What I'm a fat guy too!! I need the wheelbase and width so I don't roll so much lol!! Also it really helps out slaying cones! Kevin never owned my car. Happy Dan originally  built it, I bought it off a guy Marc who only had it for maybe a year... but he must be the other guy who I heard had a factory car up here?? Supposedly there's an unbuilt factory chassis somewhere in the Spokane area I've heard.

I noticed some of the teams had the radio frequency written on the dashes So Tanner took a pic and we listened in during the race. The Gomez crew happened to be one of them. The little we listened to the team channel their was some good shit talking going on. That team knows how to have a good time.

We stopped by there pit and Joe the guy who built all the UFO cars walked over and BS us about the IFS,IRS car for about 1/2 hr " in the middle of changing a Trans". He answered all our stupid questions and explained his theory on things, why he did what he did, and the little things they are dialing in. I am very impressed with this groups attitude about being approachable. Hard not to root for these guy's.

There were times on the radio when all you could hear was yelling and screaming.   They were having a good time!
