Yep.  I think we're going to hire you to do our PR, Nate. Pay you a fee (a very, very, very, small fee) to start dropping Off-Camber.Com links on all these facebook sites that you're on. :secret:

At first, you're gonna wanna used expanded metal as the base but don't make that mistake.  Stiletto heels fall right through, we've found that diamond plate works the best as a solid platform with a no slip grip.  Now the pole is a little tricky, you want it light but sturdy enough to take 100# horizontal off the side....also make accomadations for temp.  not to hot in the summer or too cold in the winter.  Don't paint it, leave it stainless if you can....you don't want your pole to show any signs of wear and tear ;) JFYI

Stationary is the traditional way to go but I've been hearing that a lot of amatuers are prefering the pole to spin freely. What is the best way to ge here?

No No.....spinning poles are for talent lacking individuals.  Stationary poles are the way to go.  A seasoned veteran should be able to give the illusion that the pole is spinning just by exhibiting their talent in the field.  A stationary pole will weed out the riff-raff and ensure that you only have the highest quality entertainment.  Don't be fooled by imposters.
