After a bit more work tonight I have a rolling chassi again. I can still get about another 1/2" of flex over top the pop can before my shocks limit the suspension. Nothing binds up and the roll steer is almost non existent. Must have done something right with the suspension.

I can build a rolling chassi that would just need electronics for about $350

Down to the final details, my new radio should be here next week. Waiting on batteries also. Got the spare tire mounted, ordered a fuel cell to hide the radio receiver, need to finish my interior, the roof and the drivers body panels, paint the chassi and I'll be ready for a test run.

Both actually. The main belt line hoop, the windshield frame and the roof hoop are solid the rest is 3/16 hudraulic line. Brake line usually has a coating on it hydraulic line comes bare easier to use.

Threw my snow tires on to check for Clearence looks like they will do just fine with a little shock tuning.

Almost ready for tear down and paint. If my radio gear shows up before the weekend I'll be test driving it by Saturday.

Got the buggy re assembled and wired this morning. Went to do some test driving and I found my weak point. The driveshaft I'm using between the tranny as tcase broke so now I'm back to the drawing board with that part.

Another one of the cruiser, broke the input bolt at the top of the climb. Easy fix was back running in ten mins.

For sure it's a lot of fun when there's a group. I've got lots off room at my house just no time yet.

Let there be light!

Headlights are in and working, new aluminum servo horn is mounted no more flex in the steering! Also got my new motor mounted up and wired in. Now I just have to get my ice chest and tow strap box mounted and I'll be ready for the 4th. Can't wait to test it out on some real big rocks!
