Rear corners had about 100000000 holes, tire hit back of tub from stretch, and it was easy. It wasn't my first choice but in the end it'll look good. Still got to cut the rear bumper down to match and do the body work, just wait :)

Cool!  I hate it when Samis pass me in the snow.  What's the plan for a motor?

You planning on running a tank under the seat or did the PO cut the hole in the side for a filler?  Rig is looking great so far!

Made a patch for the hole in the driver side. Will be running this 20 gallon fuel cell behind the seats in the tub Posted Image

Also finished welding my blue torch fab tube fenders. Jenks just must be a sissy ;) they did take a little work to fit just right but I thin they came out alright. Sooo many damn tacks with the mig to make the welds look decent. A little time with the grinder and they'll be good enough for me Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted Image

Going to use the Sami steering column and brake/clutch system. Thought it was going to be a nightmare are first but after a little cutting of the firewall it's going to work out perfect! Pedals have enough throw and the stock brake booster hole for the CJ matches up perfectly with the Sami booster

I have no complaints at all. When I originally wanted to order the fenders, it quoted me $60 to ship them!! I email BTF and the responded in less than an hour and dropped the shipping down to $25. Thought that was pretty sweet

I came to that conclusion a while back. It's just worth it to start from scratch
