 ill be watching this build, I was happy with my TF 151 chassis, can hardly wait for the buggy to be done!

I too think you should reconsider the manual trans to an auto :secret:

funny I did the same thing last year for my trent fab build.
bought a 2010 Camaro SS of a salvage auction for 5k all in. kept the LS3, sold the manual trans (2200), interior (1800), rear diff (1000), then the cars shell (2600). basically got a LS3 for free and made a couple grand to boot.

I don't know much about Trent fab's operation but it seems like it should be pretty easy to keep up with demand.  How many chassis could they possibly be selling?  Seems to me like it should be a pretty quick thing to build.  When you bought it did they give you a time frame?

No. Something about having to take the kids on spring break vacation. Getting frustrated because I have spare time right now. I'd like to send Simple72CJ down there and put him to work.

Thats rediculous. 5 months late? Probably only takes a day or 2 to build.

If there anywhere near as busy as wide open, they should have a 8 month wait list. Also your getting a bare bones chassis. I think paying complete buggys are taking presidency over your chassis.
