There was more trimming that needed to be done and at this point I was going to have to deal with the divet in the tub.  I would have loved to splurged and went with full aluminum corners, but too much $$$.  Here's my quick fix to make the trim presentable.

Kind of crude, but this was the only way I could think to make a 90 without cutting and welding

Driving around on the road with the sua rear setup, I noticed it feels much more planted with way less swaying/body roll.  Very happy with the decision to change it up. Wheelbase sits at 88.5"

You have got some amazing talent.  I wish I had an ounce of your talent.
I see it says you live in E-Burg but you are Jeeping Evans.
Are you living here but not updated your profile or you just take a trip to Evans?

My new inners sit a lot tighter and seem to be holding in a little more heat.  If the weather is somewhat warm, the master starts to bubble a little bit and raised some concern for summer jeepin.  Hillbilly fix with aluminum screen that's folded back on itself to make it a little tighter.

Slowly getting smarter.  Ditched the old school lap belts, added some diagonal bracing, started tying cage into frame, and added some strength to my grill hoop.

It was finally time to stiffen up the front and tie everything together.  My previous "light weight" fenders looked decent, but weren't exactly functional when it came to structural integrity.  Decided to build a set of highlines and tie them into the front grill hoop in hopes of adding a little more rigidity to the front portion of the frame.  Slow progress being made so bear with me

Number one goal was to make them look like they weren't an afterthought.  Hard to tell, but from head on the tubes flow in with one another pretty good.

Needed to lengthen my front driveline and of course I went the "free" route.  Also threw in a new tranny, built a set of twin sticks, and whipped up a new cover/tunnel
