Hello all,

Got this Jeep Lj over a year ago and now deciding to start a thread to show the things that I change over the years. As I plan on keeping this jeep for a long time.

When I bought it

When I got it, it had 241 case with 4 to 1. I ended up taking my atlas 3.8 out of my previous jeep and put the atlas into my LJ. No pictures.

Of course I had to stretch it out, thanks Aaron.

The tires worked alright, but one had plug and they all seemed to leak air so I eventually bought some new tires. 40s :coffee:

Never bought brand new tires before, so I had to take pictures of stickers on them

Before I ended up getting tires I had to try my brothers 42 rockers on for size

After that I enjoyed it for awhile

After that I believe the next thing I did was have Build It Offroad put air bumps on all 4 corners and coilovers on the rear.

Then me and my girlfriend got a dog. Chocolate Lab and his name is Chip. Started him off right.

Shortly after that me and Todd built front bumper for my jeep.

Then stole this from my brother, came pre bent with his jeep so me and my dad mocked it up to fit.

Finally got some good lights in the shop so I can actually see at night haha

Now caught up to where I am currently. CAGE TIME  :2guns: Danny Siminson is the genius behind the bender and I am the helper. Cage is something I don't wanna test my fab skills and I rather get it built correctly and safely first time around. Cage is 2in .120 wall DOM and will be tied into the frame at A,B and C pillar. Will also have seat cage and some sort of X behind seats. Cage is not done yet and I will update as progress is made. Also doing aluminum roof.

Made more progress on the jeep awhile ago but forgot to upload pics. The cage is all done and I am very happy with how it turned out. I am very happy that somehow I managed to get a factory top to fit. Here are some pics.

Got the aluminum roof on and went to local metal shop that bent it up so it would fit to the cage.

Also got some lights inside the cab

Here is crappy pic of how well the factory top fits

Ill update more pics of the cage when I take the top off next. Also changed up how I store all my shit in the jeep and Ill upload pics of that as well.

Nice rig, I always liked the LJ's. I'm kinda tossing around doing an aluminum top on mine when I get back.
