I'm going to be switching to 4 wheel disk brakes using Chevy calipers. What non power assist  master cylinder do any of you run with this set up?

I used one off an early 70's chevy 1 ton with manual brakes on my old CJ7 with 4 wheel discs.  worked pretty well.

I would do power assist if I could do it over again.

Caliper pistons are 2 15/16 diameter.
Trentfab said if I run a 15 inch pedal, (I do have room) I won't need power assist.

With 12" rotors and 40" +- tires I think the assist is worth the effort. I'm running what you explained, they work but I wouldn't call them good.

Power assist if you have room!  Manuel brakes and big tires are not the safest set up.
