Let me know if this can be done in chromoly. Remember its a weird 31 spline.

I'll find some more info for us to think about

There has been this jeep tj for KOH that uses dana 60 35 spline parts in a ttb.

It uses a dana 50 3rd member with a dana 44 35 spline carrier and dana 50 ring and pinion. Dana 50 ttb's uses dana 60 style spindles and hubs. So dana 60 outer's can fit. Then work is done to the 3rd for the bigger shafts to fit, a 35 spline slip yoke with 60 joint instead of what I have here 31 spline dana 44 joint. Blah blah blah money money money

Also keep me in touch about that ball joint ford dana 60 you mentioned. That is an easier and stronger rout to go. But this ttb would be cool on a buggy in the future. So its still something new for you to think about.

As for a 35 spline slip yoke its too bad the splines aren't longer on these. Or made to be.

Im not sure the cost of the slip by itself. But im sure its in the high 400, 500 dollar range.
